We had some odd issues with selling our home. We contacted Jill McGovern of Jill McGovern Real Estate, who was very familiar with our area. We called her to help us sell our home (solar contract, additions, county validating house at less land than we had, a back yard of rusting tools, etc ). She was helpful in ideas about getting our home ready to sell, resolving the issues and was extrememly knowledgable, professional, and kind. We recieved a couple offers on our home and sold it with Ms. McGovern’s creative structuring (and planning) of our deal, this was Priceless!
